The Shadow’s Edge is an action thriller directed by Larry Yang and stars Jackie Chan as a retired surveillance expert who returns to investigate a series of heists orchestrated by a long-time fugitive played by Tony Leung Ka-fai.

中華英雄 Born to Defence (1998)

Born to Defence is an action film which marked the directorial debut of Jet Li, who also stars in the film. The film features fight choreography by Tsui Siu-Ming. Li stars as an avid athlete who encounters conflicts with American navy sailors, primarily in the boxing ring. The film was a success in China, becoming the second-highest-grossing film of the year.

猛龍過江 The Way of the Dragon (1972)

The Way of the Dragon is a martial arts comedy film co-produced and directed by Bruce Lee, who also stars in the lead role. This is Lee’s only complete directorial film and the last one to be released during his lifetime, as he died less than seven months after its release. The film co-stars Nora Miao, Robert Wall, Wei Ping-ou and Chuck Norris.

Blades of the Guardians: The Hidden Protector is a Chinese epic martial arts film directed by Yuen Woo-ping, starring Wu Jing in the lead role, alongside Nicholas Tse, Yu Shi, Chen Lijun, Zhang Jin, Tony Leung Ka-fai, and Jet Li. The movie is about a bounty hunter, takes a job to protect a man on the long road to the city of Chang’an.

葉問4：完結篇 Ip Man 4: The Finale (2019)

Ip Man is a martial arts film directed by Wilson Yip and stars Donnie Yen as the titular character, Ip Man, a legendary Wing Chun master. Ip Man features impressive fight choreography, showcasing various martial arts styles and techniques. The film is the first of an action sequences, performances, and cinematography, first film in the Ip Man film series.

雄獅少年 2 I Am What I Am 2 (2021)

I Am What I Am 2 is a sequel to a Chinese animated martial arts comedy-drama film directed by Sun Haipeng. The plot is about the main character participating in the “Shanghai Fight Night” martial arts competition on behalf of a declining Boxing Gym in order to make money to treat his father’s illness. He must defeat all the masters, prejudices and himself.

武替道 Stuntman (2024)

Stuntman is an action film directed by Albert and Herbert Leung. The film stars Terrance Lau, Stephen Tung, Philip Ng, and Cecilia Choi, and examines the stunt industry within Hong Kong action cinema. This film marks Stephen Tung’s return to acting after decades focused on behind-the-scenes work. It was nominated for a Golden Horse Award and a Hong Kong Film Award in Best Action Choreography.
